Nabil El-Halawany, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 45 years of experience. Originally from Egypt, he moved to the U.S. at 28, completed psychiatric training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and now practices in Independence, MO. He treats a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety, through both in-person and telehealth appointments. Dr. El-Halawany accepts major insurance plans and self-pay. Fluent in English, he is dedicated to patient care and is also an accomplished artist recognized by the Nerman Museum.

Taylor Jackson, MA, LPC, is a compassionate clinician with over five years of experience in the mental health field. After earning her master’s in counseling psychology in 2020, she began her career in inpatient care at Signature Psychiatric Hospital before transitioning to outpatient services at Bridgeway Clinics in 2023. She specializes in working with adults experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, abuse and self-harm. She is especially passionate about helping individuals navigate emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, attachment issues, identity concerns, and ineffective communication patterns.

Ramzee is a licensed professional counselor and former NFL athlete with three Super Bowl wins, offering a unique view on mental health. Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-informed care, he helps clients excel in high-pressure environments. With years of experience in player engagement and wellness initiatives, Ramzee combines clinical knowledge with practical sports insight to foster resilience and confidence in others.

Emeka Jacob Ogwudile, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the mental health filed and nursing. He began working with individuals with mental health needs in 2003 and became a register nurse in 2007. Emeka earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas in 2009 and went on to complete his Master of Science in nursing at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2016.

Lexi Sinclair earned her Life Coaching Certification in 2023 at IAP Career College. As a professional Life Coach she offers guidance and support in areas such as relationships, careers, and day-to-day living. Through structured conversations, goal-setting techniques, and motivational strategies, she provides a roadmap for personal growth catered to each client's unique needs.

William Reitnger is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and Kansas with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. He holds a bachelor's degree in behavioral science and a master's degree in human Behavior and psychology from National University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Outside of counseling, he enjoys sports, fishing, family time, fitness, cooking, gardening, and relaxing by the pool.

Dr. Trace R Yule, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a nationally verified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years pf experience in the mental health field. His career began in 2009 as a mental health technician in a state psychiatric hospital, laying a foundation for his clinical expertise and compassionate approach to care. Dr. Yule earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of South Alabama in 2018. 

Meghan Gage is a Peer Support Specialist, youth mentor, and crisis responder committed to mental health advocacy, trauma recovery, addiction support, and crisis intervention. With lived experience and a presence-centered approach, she partners with individuals and communities to promote healing and empowerment. Rooted in trauma-informed care and recovery principles, Meghan creates safe, nonjudgmental spaces for growth, meeting people where they are and guiding them towards meaningful lives.

Dustin Grier is a licensed professional counselor with a Master of science in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Southern Arkansas University. He specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, and stress.

Cody Hale serves as the TMS director and Spravato Technician playing a vital role in delivering innovative, evidence-based treatments for individuals seeking alternatives to traditional psychiatric medication management. He works closely with clients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (Esketamine) treatment, both of which offer promising outcomes for conditions such as treatment-resistant depression and other mood disorders. With a compassionate and attentive approach, Cody ensures that each client feel supported, safe, and understood throughout their treatment journey. 

As a dedicated Executive Assistant, Haylee brings a compassionate approach and strong organizational skills to supporting leaders in the mental health sector. With experience managing schedules, coordinating confidential communications, and streamlining administrative processes, she ensures executives can focus on driving impactful mental health initiatives. Her commitment to empathy, discretion, and efficiency helps create a supportive environment where both team members and clients feel valued and understood.

Amy is a compassionate and patient-centered Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to both adult and adolescent patients. Her focus is always on understanding the unique needs of each patient to develop appropriate and effective individualized care plans. She is highly skilled in interpersonal communication, active listening, maintaining patient comfort and preserving dignity as well as remaining a calm resource in emergency situations. Amy is honored to have the opportunity to provide care for our nation’s Veterans in addition to the general population and has a passion for working with at-risk teens.
